Responsibilities in this role:

• Effectively work with cross-functional team members and teams.
• Keep client credentials, components of statistical work, client documents, and interfacing of their systems confidential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring new Engineers
• Provide accurate estimates of features
• Implement proper design principles for projects and frameworks
• Monitor and track the latest developments and direction of web-based platforms.
• As needed, assist with internal documentation, training, and other special projects.
• Work closely with other developers to design, develop, test, implement and support new front-end applications, systems, and tools.
• Own technical leadership on client projects
• Maintain and modify existing applications
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external clients
• Create development standards and process improvements
• Guide and mentor web engineers to help them develop their technical proficiencies.
• Architect dynamic data-driven web experiences using various web-based APIs.
• Complete research and training on the job

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in architecting and delivering complex web-based applications.
• Minimum four years of experience working with standard web frameworks.
• Prior experience with multiple development methodologies is a must.
• Experience in communicating complex solutions to external clients in a way that non-technical stakeholders would understand
• WP, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, CSS, SasS, Node.js, PHP and MySQL, and more.
